There are multiple differences between the ’60s and ’70s fashion clothing. Clothing Styles states that the ’60s clothing is about breaking traditional fashion, while the ’70s cloth...So, how do I get my colonists to: a) wear nice newly taylored clothes? b) dstoyr the old worn out ones so that my tailor has room to make new ones?

I think it's reasonable for tattered clothing to give mood debuffs, but in many cases going naked should be a bigger debuff (exceptions for cases e.g. where it's warm out and colonist is a nudist).
