I booked a room through this company and it’s say price with taxes and fees. But to my surprise when I stayed at the hotel it had extra resort fees that was not included are mentioned in my booking. She said she didnt have a booking from booking.com and that she could not host me. I was instructed to cancel the booking and request a refund which I did right away.
