Apparently once you reach headhunter level 40 your optical camo always activate when you grapple an enemy, cool little nifty upgrade. Except it still uses your charge, and because its a skill that automatically level up, you can't turn it off or avoid picking it up. Optical Camo should be a toggle. Not a cool down. Add a heat mechanic. Optical Camo while running raises your core temp from the ludicrous power draw. Eventually causing damage up to meltdown where it kills you.
