Bloodied Heavy or Shotgunner PA / Stealth Commando, FFR or Explosive with benefice from Taking one for the team while Heavy or Discovered Commando or Follow through when Stealth Commando.For my bloodied stealth sniper, I took Master Infiltrator, Follow Through and then Legendary Agility, Legendary Luck, Legendary Intelligence and Legendary Endurance. All are maxed. Having 3/14/8/6/15/15/15 is very nice and gives me a lot of flexibility on what perk cards I can equip. Honestly, I could probably lose Follow Through for another ...

Strength, Perception, Endurance, etc. Then I like follow through since this is a VATS heavy bloody build.The easiest way for me was to just change up a few perks, jump in PA and heal up around 50 percent health. The first few ops I did at release I changed out gear and stuff to minimize damage but it seemed like more work than it was worth.
