The P2646 code is likely the most difficult problem to diagnose on a Honda 2.4 VTEC engine. There is no "Just Do ..... and you'll be good to go" answer. It could be any number of issues or a combination of issues. The dreaded P2647. I have been using this great forum to try and solve my CEL code.
