P1282 code 7.3 powerstroke

If I let it sit off for 10 minutes or so, It is back to about 15 seconds to get a normal oil pressure gage reading, then another 10 to 15 seconds to get it started. The only times I get the P1212 code is if it takes more than 5 or 10 seconds of cranking before I see the gage go. If it starts pretty fast, I don not get the code..
