Nov 30, 2022 · My versa 2 is on, plugged in, but not charging. It shows it is charging but once disconnected it dies. The app says the battery is empty. It started when there was an update and the very next time i went to plug it in it was doing this. I knowticed when i took it off the charger and put it on it was dead. I have read and tried all of the solutions in the other threads regarding Fitbit devices (in particular the Surge) not charging. I have rebooted (restarted) the device 3 times. Once with the charging cable connected. Once with it disconnected.
