I have a quote from a driver of $35 for that 20 mile trip on Cozumel.Even so, Uber rates do beat cab fares in Cozumel, Q.R.. It's also important to note that you don't have to tip your Uber taxi driver. And most people do tip their Cozumel, Q.R. taxi driver. If you add a tip of 20% to the Cozumel, Q.R. cab fares, Uber looks like an even better deal and beats out other Cozumel, Q.R. taxis' prices.
