My family used Bartell's (the original one) for over 25 years. Scripts were ready on time, personnel were incredibly helpful and friendly, all around a great pharmacy. I wrote a review several months after Rite Aid took over, when it was obvious things were not being run the same way. Now, after 2 years, it is worse than ever. They had to start pulling them from other stores. One of the position’s is the stock orderer, the store barely has anything on its shelves anymore.
